Play the interference.

The starting point

A conventional musical keyboard is only one way to play. A fluid surface offers another vocabulary: position, ripple and interference.

What I built

An audiovisual experiment that uses a fluid surface as an instrument. Ripples offer a way to explore overlapping motion and sound without beginning with a conventional keyboard.
